The happy hour menu kicks creative items on small plates, ranging between $3-$5. The fact taht this happy hour comes twice daily (3-6pm & 10pm-1am) makes up for the fact that drinks are not discounted. While the margarita offerings are inspired and a treat to all of us who can still enjoy the taste of tequila, the house margarita alone is one of the best in town.
Don't only think of Peso's as a high quality happy hour place - the restaurant's main offerings fills and satifies. Molly & I are made happy splitting a plate of Migas or breakfast tacos for weekend brunch: with pico de gallo, sour cream and homefriens along side, there's a lot of food to be had. Bloody marys are a big hit as well.
Sean & I tried the beignets a few weekends back. Though no comparison to the powder sugared treats that the Seattle Center House has to offer, the raspberry compote made Peso's quite tasty.
Nightlife consists of girls who appear ready for Reality TV fame (think Paris with a few more smarts) or I love the 80s -style pretty girls and their male counterparts. Don't be surprised to see some of these kids down at Ozzie's later in the evening for drunken rockstar moments.
