Red Fin

Check out their BOMB happy hour menu!

Red Fin, right next door to Hotel Max on 6th & Stewart, is a great find! Thanks to Eileen and Tiffany for introducing me!! I had the Ichi Roll (salmon, cream cheese, asparagus, tempura'd with panko - $5) and two of my now-favorite beer, Blue Moon ($3). I'm not personally a fan of tempura veggies but the plate my friends got ($5) was lovely and well enjoyed!

The ambiance is great - 7 of us comfortably fit around one of the middle tables with stools (I've found a lot of bars have trouble fitting more than just a few folks in talking distance during happy hour). Modern cool decor that is also warm and welcoming, just like the hotel it's connected to. We had a super fun, friendly waiter as well.

Happy Hour is 4-6 and 10-1. DEE-licious! See above link for full menu.

From NW Source: "The sexy digs serve as Hotel Max's resident restaurant and lounge, offering pan-Asian fare and full sushi bar, comprehensive libation menu and a sizzling, red-hot d├ęcor. Red Fin's chef/proprietor Jun Hong also owns Wasabi Bistro in Belltown, Wasabi Bay in Mill Creek and is a partner in Pioneer Square's Bonzai Bistro."
